Role summary

DigiExe is hiring a remote SEO Manager to lead retainers that blend classic SEO with GEO/AEO (AI search visibility), own strategy for multi-country clients and mentor specialists.

Responsibilities

• Own SEO/GEO strategy and monthly roadmaps for a portfolio of retainers
• Blend technical SEO, content, digital PR/links and AI-visibility work into one plan
• QA specialist deliverables; coach juniors on audits, briefs and reporting
• Join client strategy calls and translate findings into clear decisions
• Coordinate with content, PPC and web teams
• Refine internal AI tooling workflows (research, clustering, reporting)

Requirements

• 5 years of SEO with 2 years in a lead/manager role (agency preferred)
• Proven organic growth in competitive niches
• Solid understanding of AI Overviews / LLM citation dynamics (GEO/AEO)
• Excellent English for international clients
• Remote; overlap with US/EU clients as needed

Nice to have

• White-label agency experience, Google Ads literacy, public speaking

Salary

INR 65,000 – 1,30,000 per month, based on experience. Full-time, remote.
